In addition to a seamless planning experience, booking through me may provide access to valuable hotel benefits at participating properties worldwide, including complimentary breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades, and priority check-in, subject to availability and partner participation.

Please Note: I specialize in accommodations with a minimum nightly rate of $250. Unfortunately, I am unable to assist with accommodations below this rate.

Serious inquiries only. For services requiring a planning fee (outlined below), the fee is due upfront upon engaging my travel planning services. Planning fees are non-refundable and payable via Zelle. Due to the personalized nature of my services and limited client capacity, all inquiries are subject to review and availability. My planning services are best suited for travelers who are prepared to move forward with planning and booking their trip.

I’ll research 2–3 travel package options that best align with your budget and preferences. If you already know which hotel or package you’d like, I can also handle the booking process for you and apply available perks whenever possible. Additional Travelers

• Bundle 1: +$25 per additional traveler
• Bundles 2 & 3: +$50 per additional traveler

Bundles 2 & 3: For groups of 5 or more travelers with a minimum land budget of $5,000 per person (excluding flights), the planning fee is reduced to a total $150 for the group. (Effective February 25, 2026.)Exceptions may apply based on destination, trip complexity, or service requirements.

Family Travel
• Infants under 2 years old are included at no additional planning fee.

Important Information
Planning fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time, expertise, and resources dedicated to researching, designing, and coordinating your personalized travel experience. These fees help ensure that planning time is reserved for clients who are serious about moving forward with their travel plans, allowing me to provide thoughtful dedicated support and a high level of service to each trip.

If you prefer to research destinations, accommodations, and logistics independently, a travel planning service may not be the best fit for your needs.
